Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Policy
- All payments made to Exquisite Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- This policy applies to all trip components, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, activities, and any additional services.
Reason for Policy
This policy is in place because Exquisite Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. By adhering to these agreements, we can keep our package prices competitive and provide you the convenience of making monthly payments on your vacation.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
- We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues. Insurance coverages in these plans are subject to terms, limitations and exclusions including an exclusion for pre-existing medical conditions. Cost of insurance is non refundable.

- By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable and non-transferable policy.
- Exquisite Travel LLC is not responsible for any costs or fees incurred by the traveler due to cancellations or changes in travel plans.
- All prices are based on double occupancy. Single supplement of $155 applies for solo traveler.
- Late fee will apply for all late payment, in the amount of $25.
- You can elect to pay in full, if space is still available.

Exquisite Travel Cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change at any time, but cancellations willingly be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@exquisitetravel.co with your Full Name, the trip name and travel date. You should get an acknowledgment letter within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your request. Please call 410-206-8112 if you have not received that cancellation acknowledgement. In the event you need to cancel and elected to get Travel Insurance we can assist you with contacting the vendor for your claim.
- To feel your claim call Travel Insured International at 1-855-376-2037, as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide proof of payments for all portions of your trip, so have information available to include the purchase of the travel protection plan.
- In the event of an accident or sickness, get detailed medical statements from treating physicians. Save receipts and proof of all payments and proof of coverage.
